Tom Clarke

Tom's wife, Karen Clarke, opened the agency with Tom in 1988 while beginning to raise the first of their four daughters. Karen has always been an integral part of the family business, assisting customers and the team with the accounting and technical aspects of service and internal operations. When she’s not helping others, Karen enjoys golf, hiking, gardening, and is an expert knitter and baker.

Tom’s daughter Kaitlyn Baright joined the family insurance agency upon her graduation from Siena College. Kait has always been passionate about helping people, and quickly became the agency’s overall manager, and life insurance professional. She enjoys most outdoor activities, especially fishing with her husband Cory. But she really loves being a mom. Kait is currently on leave, preparing to welcome their second child. She will remain on call, assisting the agency team, and working limited hours with customers helping them with their life insurance needs.

Angela Chesnut joined our team following a career as an office manager. She’s one of our agency’s specialists in all lines of personal and commercial insurance, including Auto, Home, Renter’s, Life, and Small Business. She assists Linda as Team Lead, and loves working with people. Angela and her husband Brian are the proud parents of two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the beautiful hills of eastern Rensselaer County, but she’s never met a beach she couldn’t live on!

Linda Pauze began her career with State Farm Insurance Companies in 1999 as a Life and Health insurance underwriter in the Ballston Spa Operations Center. She then transitioned to underwriting other lines before moving to Maryland where she became a Fire Claims adjuster. After taking a ten year leave to raise her four young children with her husband, Denis, Linda joined our agency, of which she’d been a longtime customer. Given her vast experience, Linda quickly became one of the agency’s most valuable life insurance resources, and has since become the agency’s manager. Linda enjoys advising customers, and loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her family.

Brittany Bonesteel and her husband Garrett were customers of our agency, and when the need arose for a front desk receptionist and Auto and Home insurance administration manager, Brittany was the perfect fit given her love of helping people. Brittany gives back by being an external fire fighter with the Poestenkill Fire Department, and enjoys family time and the outdoors, especially the beautiful views around her home in eastern Rensselaer County.

Michael Fennessy, originally from Long Island, made upstate New York his home after attending college at SUNY Albany. Mike joined our team because of his interest in risk management and small business, coupled with his passion for helping people. He quickly became licensed to sell and service all types of Auto, Home, and Life insurance. Mike enjoys life in the Capital District because he loves the outdoors, and especially snow skiing.
